Barracuda are not really dangerous, just scary-looking, especially with their rather frightening and ever-present grin. The sleek, silver tiger of the ocean is a curious creature, however, and will often follow you around, which can be a little unnerving. If you happen to be feeding the local reef fish, which you shouldn t do, you should always be on the lookout for something bigger. A barracuda after his share of the pie will attack like lightning and, although he s only after your hand-out, it might be your hand he takes.

Erebus Inn. Built in the early 1960s, before the tourist boom began, this is Provo s veteran inn. It looks down on Turtle Cove from its location on the cliffs. It only has 25 guest rooms, all of which have been renovated several times in an effort to stay up with the big boys on Grace Bay. The air-conditioned guest rooms are decorated in pastel colors, the furnishings are comfortable. Some of the units are small cottages apart from the main building. There are two pools, a restaurant, bar, two tennis courts, a dive shop, and a health club.
