The trail leads past the ruins of a number of old cotton plantations, remnants of Loyalist times, until it joins with the Crossing Over Trail that leads to North Caicos. If you re into hiking, you ll want to give this trail a try; be sure to take plenty of water and sunscreen; the round-trip is a long one, and there are no facilities along the way.
